My Story
To my world of pastry and culinary delights!
My name is Erika Sato Hayashi. I am a passionate pastry chef with over 15 years of experience, including roles as an executive chef and entrepreneur.
Graduating from the prestigious Le Cordon Bleu, I developed a deep appreciation for the art of Pastry and Culinary, and my journey truly took a delightful turn when I discovered the Thermomix during my internship in Texas with a renowned chef Najat Kaanache. I was amazed by the Thermomix's versatility and its uses, from preparing sauces to recipes as an invaluable cooking aid.
When I moved to Ireland in 2017, I was thrilled to reconnect with this remarkable kitchen companion and, wanting to not miss the chance to own one, I became a proud owner myself.
Since then, I have embraced the opportunity to become sales representative and have taken on the role of Team Leader for the Cork area.
My mission is to spread the love and joy of cooking with Thermomix. I offer engaging demo sessions and hands-on cooking classes to showcase its incredible capabilities.
